Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our statement for the financial year ending in December 2021. It sets out our approach for dealing with the potential risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business or within our supply chains.

Our Business

ApplyNowTV Ltd is a provider of career development services such as CV drafting, interview preparation and other related advice. We operate throughout the United Kingdom and our headquarters are in London.

Our Values and Policies

We are committed to acting ethically, working to the highest professional standards and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and any other illegal or unethical conduct. This commitment is supported by our corporate policies, including our Highlighting Concerns Policy, which encourages employees and workers at all levels to report suspected illegal or unethical conduct and provides guidance as to how to raise such concerns and our Anti-Bribery Policy which sets out our responsibilities, and of those working for us, in observing and upholding our position on bribery and corruption.

In addition, all our employees and workers are expected to behave in accordance with our Code of Conduct. This requires them to establish and maintain ethical standards and raise any suspicions of unlawful or unethical conduct to their direct manager in line with our Highlighting Concerns Policy and our core values, so that we act with honesty, integrity, transparency, respect and in a socially responsible manner.

Our Supply Chain

We are committed to ensuring that slavery or human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or within our supply chains. We will not knowingly support or do business with any organisation that is involved in such practices and we would terminate any relationship immediately where evidence of the same occurred.

Our key suppliers span the globe and include key institutions in the telecommunications sectors and they are screened by us to ensure that they are a suitable organisation with which to do business. Each of our payment partners is subject to an extensive due diligence process to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.

Future steps

We will monitor the effectiveness of the measures that we are taking to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chain, including building upon and improving the policies that we have put in place.
